Gregory Kurth, M.A.

93Kurth_Gregory5x7c1Gregory Kurth has 20 years of experience in leading community efforts and social strategies for vulnerable children and families. With a unique background in commercial banking and social services administration, Greg specializes in developing new network and program designs and launching community capacity building activities. He was a CEO of a $50 million child protection lead agency in Florida that was one of the nation’s first accredited networks for the Council on Accreditation. He has consulted with various social services clients in Illinois, Florida, Rhode Island, Texas, New York, and Washington on managed care, child welfare systems, and social impact bonds.

Greg earned his Master of Arts degree from the School of Social Service Administration at the University of Chicago and holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance with honors from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He is a Certified Board Governance Trainer with BoardSource, the nation’s thought leader on exceptional board governance.
